if anyone knew of a good place to start, i.e. a good, clear "intro to
acoustics" textbook or something of the like.
Also, I'm currently taking a Calculus 2 course. It's really dry and
tedious sometimes, since my professor is simply teaching us the
principles without going into their application very much. It's harder
for me to learn without concurrently understanding the application of
what I'm learning. Since music/sound is my thing, I figure it makes
the most sense for me to look into how these principles apply to
either music or sound. So, by all that, I mean it'd be real nice for
this proposed "intro to acoustics" book to not be afraid to mention
the math of it all.
Thanks for reading and I hope you can help!
